Haynes and Boone Assists in United Rentals Acquisition of GulfStar Rental Solutions

Haynes and Boone, LLP represented United Rentals in its recent acquisition of GulfStar Rental Solutions, LP, a three-location power and heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment rental company with locations in Texas and Louisiana. GulfStar has branches in Beaumont and Deer Park, Texas and Kenner, La.

The mergers and acquisitions team included Dallas Partner Tom Harris and associates John McGowan and Blaine Statham. Partner Melissa Goodman handled the labor and employment matters on the deal. >>
