Management (and the Federal Circuit) Torched Our Patent: What Should We Have Done Differently?

Just one day after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit indicated that it would consider the current state of the inequitable conduct doctrine en banc in Therasense, Inc. v. Becton Dickinson and Co., a split panel of the Federal Circuit issued a decision in the case of Avid Identification Systems, Inc. v. Crystal Import Corp. affirming a lower court’s finding of inequitable conduct. >>

Greg Webb concentrates his practice in the area of intellectual property law. In particular, he focuses on procuring, prosecuting, and enforcing intellectual property rights for clients with domestic and international portfolios.

Greg's primary focus is in the area of patent law.  He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a variety of technological fields, including medical devices, semiconductor manufacturing and processing, medical simulators, computer networks, software, telecommunications, and well logging. Greg also has experience conducting searches and preparing opinion letters regarding patentability, freedom of operation, validity, and infringement.
