Justin Switzer has extensive experience counseling a variety of clients in sophisticated real estate transactions, including commercial and residential developers, real estate investment trusts, major financial institutions, small businesses, and individuals.
Justin was named as one of Houston's "Top Lawyers" for real estate in H Texas Magazine's June 2009 edition. He was selected for inclusion in Texas Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition (2005-2011).
Justin's recent transactions include representation of:
- Owners of shopping centers in the negotiation of retail leases
- A multi-national technology corporation in negotiation of the sale/leaseback of a multi-tenant research and development campus
- A major financial institution in purchasing and ground leasing properties for the construction of retail branches throughout Texas; and
- A petroleum products company in the acquisition of ship channel property.
