Kathryn Tullos' practice focuses on environmental litigation including toxic tort suits, cases involving contaminated properties, and administrative matters. For 16 years, she taught Environmental Litigation, and various other courses at St. Mary's School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. She was also a visiting professor of Law at the University of Innsbruck Law School in Innsbruck, Austria, and an instructor in the summer program.

Selected Representative Experience
Federal Clean Water Act and State Enforcement Actions
Represented State in district courts in Houston and Tulsa in litigation brought by the Department of Justice against an independent energy company that had had 300 oil spills in 6 different states, helping the governments effect the largest settlement at the time that the federal government had obtained under the Clean Water Act and the State, under its environmental laws.
