Lindsay Murchison

Lindsay Murchison is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. She has experience in a variety of labor and employment matters, including:

  • Providing advice and counsel to employers concerning both traditional labor and employment issues, including minimizing risks of litigation, establishing lawful employment policies, and complying with the WARN Act.
  • Assisting in the defense of clients against claims involving the FLSA and state wage and hour laws, Title VII, ADA, sexual harrassment, breach of contract and employment-related torts.
