In its inaugural edition, Chambers Latin America has ranked Haynes and Boone, LLP as the only Texas-based firm among the leading international law firms conducting high-end, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work for major clients.
Researchers noted that Brazil, Colombia and Peru have become a focus of the Haynes and Boone team. The firm, Chambers pointed out, recently advised Peruvian consortium Irradia in an US$82 million credit agreement with German banks to finance an LNG plant in that country.
