Tabitha Bailey is an associate in the Investment Fund Practice Group of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, with a concentration on the formation, organization and operation of investment funds, investment advisers, commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors.
Tabitha has experience in a variety of matters, including:
- Registration of investment advisers with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Texas State Securities Board.
- Formation, organization and operation of hedge funds and private equity funds.
- Preparation of securities filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including Schedule 13D, Schedule 13G, Form 13F, Forms 3, 4 and 5 and Form ADV.
- Compliance with federal and state laws applicable to private investment funds and investment advisers.
