Vincent Circelli is an associate in the Business Litigation Practice Group in the Fort Worth office of Haynes and Boone. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of commercial litigation.

- Obtained trial verdict in favor of client in bankrupcty adversary proceeding involving claims of fraudulent inducement and breach of contract. Sanders v. Muhs, No. 10-1008, 2011 Bankr. LEXIS 3032 (Bankr. S.D. Tex. Aug. 2, 2011).
- Successfully represented communications company in bench trial involving claims of breach of contract and deceptive trade practices, which resulted in award of actual damages, treble damages, and attorney's fees to client.
- Assisted in jury trial and appeal of case involving minority shareholder oppression and fiduciary duty claims.
- Representation of national equine organization in litigation and corporate governance issues.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of national pipeline company, against plaintiff lessee on claims for violations of state and national environmental regulations, nuisance, and trespass.
- Successfully represented national clothing manufacturer in trademark and contract litigation, which resulted in favorable settlement for the client.
- Obtained permanent injunction and successful settlement on behalf of an energy consulting company against a former employee in a case involving theft of trade secrets and violation of covenants not to compete.
