Fermaca was advised by the New York and Mexico City offices of Haynes and Boone, LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP, with the latter also providing counsel to New York asset management firm Ospraie Management, which sold its stake in the Mexican company to Partners Group and Fermaca’s management team.
