Haynes and Boone in New York Law Journal: Marketplace

Dallas-based Haynes and Boone, LLP has expanded its office at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, or 30 Rock...

Haynes and Boone moved to 30 Rock in 2011 and is the third largest tenant of the iconic tower. Under a 15-year lease, the firm exercised an option to expand and added 38,193 square feet, peaking at nearly 113,000 square feet. The new contiguous full-space on the 24th floor was formerly occupied by Lazard. The law firm's existing space covers the entire 25th and 26th floors.

The expansion is a "milestone in the firm's ambitious quest to become a recognized player in the New York market," said Kenneth Bezozo, New York City managing partner. Haynes and Boone is "primarily focused on growth outside Texas," and the needs of our clients are "now entwined with the New York capital markets."

The firm was internally represented by partner Noah Shapiro and of counsel Russ Rabinovich.
