Adam Sencenbaugh in HR Magazine: Shutdown, Drop in Number of Commissioners Put EEOC on Hold

January 25, 2019

HR Magazine talked with Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Adam Sencenbaugh for an article about the effect of the partial government shutdown on operations at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Once [the government] reopens, the EEOC also will rely on its new Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics, created in December 2018, to help it focus enforcement on industries or jobs where violations are more likely to be found, predicted Adam Sencenbaugh, an attorney with Haynes and Boone in Austin, Texas.
