Haynes and Boone Advises Dean Foods in Sale of Mountain High Business to General Mills
Haynes and Boone, LLP represented Dean Foods in the sale of its Mountain High Yoghurt business and the Mountain High brand to General Mills. The transaction was announced in November 2010, and terms are not being disclosed.
Mountain High all-natural yoghurt is a leading large-size yogurt brand in the Western United States. General Mills will continue to operate the Mountain High business, and will retain the trusted Mountain High name.
Dallas partner Janice V. Sharry led the team that included partner Eric Williams, senior associate Matt Zmigrosky and associate Tom Tippetts.
