Haynes and Boone Bolsters Diversity Rankings

Haynes and Boone is regularly recognized for its ongoing commitment to promoting diversity and opportunity within the firm, and this year has been no exception.
Haynes and Boone jumped up eight spots in MultiCultural Law magazine’s annual ranking of the top 100 law firms for diversity. The firm came in at No. 38 among all American Bar Association firms.
Additionally, Haynes and Boone ranked highly in several specialized categories:
- No. 11 in the “Top 25 Law Firms for Hispanics” listing
- No. 15 in the “Top 25 Law Firms for Native-Americans” listing
- No. 80 in the “Top 100 Law Firms for Women” listing
- No. 21 in the “Top 50 Law Firms for Partners” listing
- No. 47 in the “Top 50 Law Firms for Associates” listing
The firms also elevated its rankings in six categories in the Vault Top 100 annual survey. The firm ranked No. 17 for its overall commitment to diversity out of 100 of the nation’s largest law firms.
Additionally, the firm ranked highly in several specialized categories. In the diversity categories, Haynes and Boone was ranked:
- No. 14 in diversity with respect to women
- No. 10 in diversity with respect to minorities
In the firm culture categories, Haynes and Boone was ranked:
- No. 19 in regard to firm culture
- No. 12 in regard to hours
- No. 15 in regard to office space
