Inchan Kwon is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Silicon Valley office of Haynes and Boone. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution. Inchan has extensive patent litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, conducting discovery, and participating in settlement proceedings, and has litigated patent cases in federal district courts and before the International Trade Commission. Inchan also has experience in patent prosecution, copyright, software licensing and contract disputes. He has also advised clients on copyright issues in connection with setting up Internet businesses.
