Represented the offshore oil and gas exploration and production companies of Pisces Energy and Palm Energy Offshore in their chapter 11 proceedings in the Southern District of Texas (filed Houston TX).

Represented DIP Agent and Pre-Petition Agent in the chapter 11 case of Tekoil and Gas Corporation (filed Houston TX) on behalf of the secured lenders who were owed over $50 million.

Represented the DIP Agent and Pre-Petition Second Lien Agent in the chapter 11 case of Marcal Paper Mills, Inc. (filed in Newark, NJ) on behalf of the secured lenders who were owed collectively over $140 million.
