Kimberly Chase is an associate in the Litigation/Trial Practice Group in the Orange County office of Haynes and Boone, LLP, where her practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation. Kimberly has litigated a variety of matters in both state and federal courts, including contract claims, insurance coverage and bad faith matters, fraud claims, and business disputes.
