  • An offshore oil and gas exploration and production company in its acquisition of certain oil and gas properties and related interests in the Eagle Ford Shale.
  • A Dallas-based real estate firm in the private offering of limited partnership interests to help fund the development of a title insurance agency.
  • A start-up company in the manufacturing industry in the private offering of common stock.
  • International Air Transport Association in the negotiation of an agreement for the assumption of liabilities by the surviving airline of a merger between two of the world’s largest airlines.
