Robert Gorzelany is of counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Rob's practice concentrates on commercial leasing in New York City and other major cities in the U.S. In addition, Rob has a wide range of experience in all other aspects of transactional real estate and advises clients in respect of real estate joint ventures, acquisition/disposition, finance and development/construction.
