Rodé Moore is an associate in the Business Litigation section of Haynes and Boone, LLP. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, including landlord-tenant litigation, contract and other business disputes, as well as defense of wrongful death and personal injury claims. He also frequently represents employers involved in OSHA investigations and related proceedings.

Mr. Moore has successfully tried more than 10 jury cases to verdict. He has also won bench trials and obtained summary judgments on behalf of firm clients.
