Early Adopter - Still Setting Precedent
Earlier this decade, when the idea of law firms using technology effectively was still a novel one, American Lawyer made headlines with a special AmLaw Tech “Scoreboard” of law firm technology effectiveness. Twice – in 2001 and 2004 – Haynes and Boone finished number one, and was described in such terms as “an all-tech, all-the-time shop” and “willing to be an early adopter.”

Although the “Scoreboard” has changed, our firm’s technology commitment hasn’t. ClientConnect® is a Web-based, client-centric software application that was designed and developed by ClientCentric Solutions, a subsidiary of Haynes and Boone, to enhance communication and collaboration between our lawyers and their clients. The use of ClientConnect allows clients to securely access and monitor key information about their project in real time, including documents and status reports as well as cost information. ClientConnect was specifically designed to allow clients who choose to license the application to use the application with all of their outside law firms and professional services firms.
