Mr. Howard is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group in the Richardson office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Mr. Howard served as a global account manager on the Dell account for MCI in Austin, Texas. Mr. Howard managed a worldwide team of individuals and oversaw the design of an IP centric data network for Dell.
Mr. Howard’s primary focus includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a variety of technical fields, including telecommunications and medical devices. Mr. Howard also has experience conducting searches regarding patentability, validity, and infringement.
