Customer Loyalty Programs: What Works - What Doesn't

In today’s economic environment, it is even more critical to build loyalty with your current customers. It seems that we are all in share war with someone, and we need tools to help win that share war. The right loyalty program can help the cause. Why does loyalty matter? Loyal customers typically:

  • Have emotional equity in a brands and we become their first choice.
  • Look to us to solve their needs/problems
  • Discuss your offering - not your prices
  • Advocate "their" brand to others
  • Learn key principles of building a successful program and understand some of the watch outs!

Speakers:

She has worked in the food industry for over 20 years for major companies like PepsiCo/Frito Lay/Quaker and Brinker International. During her tenure at Brinker, Lisa doubled the size of their gift card program, developed a retail licensing program for Chili’s and Macaroni Grill grocery products, and developed a loyalty program which drove incremental traffic and sales to the business.

Noah Pollack is General Counsel of Del Frisco’s, Sullivan’s, Texas Land & Cattle and Lone Star Steakhouses.
