This seminar will be presented by experienced Haynes and Boone attorneys who exclusively practice employment and labor law. Haynes and Boone Labor and Employment attorneys regularly advise clients on ways to reduce the risk of employment litigation and on how to defend against it when litigation cannot be avoided.  

This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 4.0 credit hours.
