The Deputy Assistant Secretary for OSHA, Jordan Barab, recently addressed the American Bar Association’s OSHA Sub Committee during its March 5-8, 2013 annual meeting. He opened his comments by remarking that there is a “long way to go” when it comes to improving workplace safety. His remarks addressed several areas of interest for employers. Haynes and Boone’s OSHA lawyers will discuss what is expected from the agency in 2013/2014.
