This complimentary seminar will be presented by experienced Haynes and Boone attorneys who exclusively practice labor and employment law. Haynes and Boone Labor and Employment attorneys regularly advise clients on ways to reduce the risk of employment litigation and how to defend against it when litigation cannot be avoided.

ACCREDITATION: 
Texas: This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 7.25 credit hours. 

New York: This transitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for a maximum of 8.5 credit hours, of which 7.5 credit hours can be applied toward the Areas of Professional Practice requirement, and 1.0 credit hour can be applied toward the Skills requirement.

California: This activity is approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 7.25 credit hours.

As a registered CPE Sponsor with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, this seminar is approved for 7.0 credit hour. (No prerequisite required).

This program has been approved for 6.5 (HR (General)) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
