Haynes and Boone Partners Michael Mazzone, Lynne Liberato and Mark Trachtenberg will be presenting at the 6th Annual Advanced Trial Strategies Course hosted by the Texas Bar on February 9-10, 2017 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Michael will present “Client Selection and Control” which will focus on dealing with difficult clients and client communication.
Lynne will present “Strategic Use of Motions” and “Complex Cases” which will review Summary Judgment, Daubert, and Rule 91A Motions as well as Case Management Plans and use of Docket Control Orders.
Mark will present “Preservation of Error” Friday afternoon.
