LNG Shipping ? Energy Across the Oceans

Our program will focus on the development of new LNG terminal projects expected to come on line over the next few years, and the decisions to be made by project participants regarding whether to rely on the current LNG fleet or to build the next generation of vessels. Speakers will include a representative from the leading ship broker and advisory firm, Poten & Partners, with deep expertise in LNG shipping, as well as experienced partners at Haynes and Boone CDG in London. 

Topics will include:

  • Changing patterns of LNG availability and demand 
  • Evaluating the merchant LNG fleet for future LNG deliveries and the opportunities for newbuild solutions 
  • Charter hire risks, construction risks and compatibility risks

CLE CREDIT:
This transitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for a maximum of 1.0 credit hour, of which 1.0 credit hour can be applied toward the Areas of Professional Practice requirement.
