Ethical Principles for Corporate Counsel

We invite you to attend our annual Ethical Principles for Corporate Counsel program and earn three hours of Texas ethics credit. Our team of lawyers from various disciplines will provide updates on hot topics, trends and best practices for in-house lawyers who face increasingly challenging ethical dilemmas.

CLE ACCREDITATION:

Texas: This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 3.0 credit hours, of which 3.0 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.

New York: This program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for a maximum of 3.5 credit hours, of which 3.5 credit hours can be applied toward the ethics/professional responsibility requirement.

California: This activity is approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 3.0 credit hours, of which 3.0 credit hours may be claimed for legal ethics.
