Haynes and Boone, LLP is pleased to present the 17th Annual Things that Go Bump in the Night 2017 on Thursday, October 26.

Join us for breakfast as our panelists discuss current risks that can keep corporate directors, management and in-house counsel tossing and turning into the early hours. This year, YourCo acquires a new business - and an unexpected patent infringement lawsuit that does not end well. Our panelists will discuss tips for intellectual property due diligence, strategies for defending patent litigation, disclosure of loss contingencies and litigation reserves, and the trend of securities litigation arising out of underlying business litigation and investigations.
