California: This activity is approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 3.75 credit hours, of which 3.75 credit hours may be claimed for legal ethics/elimination of bias.
New York: This transitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for a maximum of 4.5 credit hours, of which 4.5 credit hours can be applied toward the Ethics and Professionalism requirement.
