Outsourcing: Managing Multiple Sourcing Solutions

June 12, 2008

It is increasingly common today for companies to have multiple sourcing solutions that need to be managed. These include, for example, offshoring, nearshoring, captive vendors, multiple vendor outsourcings and shared service centers. This Webinar will help in-house legal departments and sourcing executives understand the various types of sourcing solutions and address potential issues and liabilities in negotiating and drafting contracts with different sourcing providers. We will incorporate case studies to illustrate how various organizations have succeeded in this arena and identify the process and legal solutions that made success possible.

The Haynes and Boone Outsourcing Team regularly assists companies in advising, structuring, negotiating and documenting all aspects of both ITO and BPO transactions and has in-depth experience in leading transactions in the banking / financial, energy, computer, health care and hospital, insurance, manufacturing, retail and transportation industries. The team is supported with international, employment, tax, immigration, corporate, government contracts and real estate attorneys, and has established relationships with highly regarded technology law firms in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

This course has been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1.0 credit hours.
