SEC Mining Rules Update

Mining industry participants in the U.S. have been seeking changes to the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) disclosure requirements for many years. On June 16, 2016, the SEC announced the long-awaited proposed rules to modernize property disclosure requirements for mining company registrants.
