The members of the Franchise and Distribution Practice Group at Haynes and Boone have held leadership positions in the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising and the International Franchise Association, and written and spoken at all the major franchise events.

Our lawyers have broad and deep experience in product distribution and logistics arrangements. We have developed and overhauled supply chains for consumer product manufacturers, consumer packaged goods companies, global retailers and restaurant systems, including bringing the supply chain in-house or outsourcing it to third-party service providers, including third-party logistics companies, carriers and wholesalers. We have also structured purchasing cooperatives and buying groups.
