The firm’s Construction Litigation Practice Group has handled cases and disputes involving a wide variety of factual scenarios, including construction contractual disputes for buildings, production plants, and pipelines; construction defects; defectively installed equipment; catastrophic equipment failures; broken down-hole equipment; unfulfilled warranties; and architect and engineer liability claims, among others.
