HOUSTON – A team of Haynes and Boone, LLP lawyers counseled Garden Oaks Funeral Home in its recent sale to Stewart Enterprises, Inc.
The transaction team included Jeff Dinerstein, a partner in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and Jessica Rivera and William Stafford, both Houston associates.
