Whether by summary disposition, unanimous jury verdicts, arbitration proceedings or appeals, Haynes and Boone, LLP trial lawyers in New York, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and Silicon Valley are securing winning results for our clients across the nation.

Arbitration proceedings are featured prominently in this issue. A Haynes and Boone team prevailed in an arbitration proceeding in a contract case, and our appellate lawyers earned the rare distinction of reversing arbitration awards against our clients in two other cases. Haynes and Boone also secured a unanimous jury verdict in Dallas state court in an important trade secrets case for Halliburton, as well as obtaining summary judgment in cases involving claims of minority shareholder oppression and patent infringement.

Additionally, our litigators have been honored in recent months with appointments as Chair of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising, University of Texas Law School Distinguished Alumnus, and Outstanding Young Lawyer of Texas.

We are also pleased to announce a significant expansion of our intellectual property litigation capabilities with the recent addition of six experienced partners: Jamie McDole in the Dallas office, John Hintz and Richard D. Rochford in the New York office, Kimberley Chen Nobles in the Orange County office, and Phillip G. Hampton, II and Bradley J. Olson in the Washington, D.C. office.
