Antonio Franck of Haynes and Boone Mexico City Featured in Global Lawyers Edition of Poder 360

Antonio Franck first graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, but as other lawyers dedicated to the international arena, also attended a the University of Houston and took a course in American law at Harvard University.

"I was convinced that the future was in globalization," he says, "and that was the reason I decided to leave Franck, Galicia y Robles, S.C. in 2004. My concentration was on international operations an not just focused on the U.S. market. Haynes and Boone gave me the platform to delve into global issues."

In this position, with 16 years of presence in Mexico, Franck focuses on corporate issues and financial aspects such as setting up a company, and even acts as a sort of adviser in asset transactions, including buyouts and access to the debt or equity markets, either in our own country or abroad.
