Vault Honors Haynes and Boone for Culture, Diversity
DALLAS – Haynes and Boone, LLP has elevated its rankings in six categories in the Vault Top 100 annual survey. The firm ranked No. 17 for its overall commitment to diversity out of 100 of the nation’s largest law firms.
Additionally, Haynes and Boone ranked highly in several specialized categories. In the diversity categories, Haynes and Boone was ranked:
• No. 14 in diversity with respect to women
• No. 10 in diversity with respect to minorities
In the firm culture categories, Haynes and Boone was ranked:
• No. 19 in regard to firm culture
• No. 12 in regard to hours
• No. 15 in regard to office space
A staunch supporter of diversity related initiatives, Haynes and Boone was also ranked No. 38 among the top 100 law firms for diversity in Multicultural Law Magazine’s 2010 listings. The firm earned a 100 percent rating for its treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) attorneys and staff in the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index in both 2008 and 2009.
