Theresa Einhorn Elected to American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers
HOUSTON – Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Theresa Einhorn has been elected a fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL).
ACCFL is a professional organization promoting the field of commercial finance law through education, legislative reform and the recognition of distinguished practitioners, jurists and academics. Ms. Einhorn was selected to ACCFL based on her preeminence in the field and her contributions to the advancement and education of fellow commercial finance lawyers. She was inducted in an April 16 ceremony.
Ms. Einhorn advises clients on complex commercial financial transactions. Her industry-specific experience includes energy, real estate, manufacturing, financial services and a broad range of other industries.
Ms. Einhorn currently serves as Chair of the Business Financing Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law. She has been named among the Best Lawyers in America from 1983-2011, and maintains the highest AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She also is active in her community, serving on the Society for the Performing Arts Board of Directors, the Houston Greater Partnership’s Executive Women's Committee and the United Way of Greater Houston Women's Initiative.
