Haynes and Boone Advises Spanish Engineering Company Atesvi in connection with Texas Toll Road Work
DALLAS – Haynes and Boone, LLP has advised the Spanish engineering group Aterga, SL and its affiliate Atesvi, SL in connection with its establishment in the North Texas area, and its negotiation of joint ventures with local Texas companies and related customer supply agreements with general contractors for the projects.
Atesvi and the joint ventures will be suppliers of services and products in connection with the installation of pre-fabricated beams and other structures for two important toll road projects in the North Texas area.
