Naja Armstrong is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone. She concentrates her practice in the area of commercial real estate finance, representing institutional real estate investors (lenders and borrowers) in connection with the origination, restructuring, purchase and sale of mortgage and mezzanine loans, and in connection with corporate, repurchase and other credit facilities. Naja also has experience with the negotiation of joint venture agreements and prior to joining Haynes and Boone, with the acquisition and leasing of commercial properties.

Naja is a member of the national board of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art, a non-profit organization that encourages the practice and appreciation of the Classical tradition in architecture, urbanism and the allied arts.
