Profile

Jordan Bailey joined Haynes and Boone in 2010 as a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Business Restructuring Practice Group. In early 2013, Jordan transitioned to the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group where his practice is focused on representing a broad range of clients engaged in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of retail, office, hospitality and multi-family projects, involving both improved and unimproved real estate.

Jordan also has extensive project management experience developed through working with teams of attorneys from various practice backgrounds, across various offices and firms, to assist clients in performing due diligence related to acquisitions and dispositions of real estate portfolios involving numerous properties.
