Veronica Cruz is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Haynes and Boone. She represents employers in employment litigation in federal and state court in claims involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of employment agreements, and other-employment related issues. She also represents employers before administrative agencies, most frequently before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Veronica also advises and counsel employers from a variety of industries in a broad range of workplace issues and drafts employment and separation agreements. Veronica seeks out practical solutions to minimize risk in the evolving area of employment law.

At University of Houston Law Center, Veronica was a Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Law Review and was an active member of the Law Center’s moot court team. Prior to attending law school, Veronica worked as an auditor at Deloitte.
