Gina Falaschi is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Haynes and Boone. Her practice focuses on antitrust litigation and compliance, environmental and energy regulatory matters, international trade, and related transactional matters.

Gina has provided advice to clients regarding energy and environmental regulatory compliance, mergers, and antitrust compliance. She has also litigated antitrust cases in federal court and administrative cases before the Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission.

Before becoming an associate, Gina served as a staff editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy and interned for the Judiciary Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives.
