Kevin Hardaway, P.E. is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Haynes and Boone. Kevin’s day-to-day practice primarily comprises the preparation and prosecution of patent applications for clients in the HVAC, oilfield services, and pipeline services industries. In addition to these services, Kevin works to preserve his clients intellectual property rights through his participation in inter partes review proceedings and by drafting technology transfer agreements. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kevin spent approximately 13 years as a civil engineer designing and managing projects in the municipal and industrial, water and wastewater industry.
