Bethany Hrischuk is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Richardson office of Haynes and Boone. Her practice focuses on intellectual property matters including patent litigation, inter partes review, and protecting innovations through preparing and prosecuting patent applications both in the United States and Europe. During law school, she spent a semester in Dublin, Ireland at an IP boutique firm where she gained experience in both patent prosecution and trademark matters.

Before entering law school, Bethany gained software developer experience at both a Fortune 50 technology company and a Fortune 500 technology company. In addition to her law degree, Bethany holds a B.S. in computer science.
