Alex has represented clients in:

  • The formation and operation of business entities, including partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, with a primary concentration on private equity transactions involving multiple parties with adverse interests
  • The acquisition and disposition of multi-family, industrial, retail and office properties, including the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, license agreements, easements, and various other transaction documents
  • The preparation and negotiation of leases and subleases for office, retail and industrial projects
