Nicole Johnson is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Palo Alto office of Haynes and Boone. Nicole focuses her practice on patent litigation and trademark enforcement. She has worked on a variety of IP matters relating to automotive and fitness technology, mechanical devices, LED lighting, telecommunications, and ridesharing. Nicole has also published articles relating to obviousness and post-grant review.

Before joining the firm, Nicole attended the University of California, Berkeley Law School where she served as President of the Native American Law Students Association and on the staff of Ecology Law Quarterly.
