Rob LeBlanc is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Social Media Practice Groups in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on a variety of trademark matters, including brand management, IP licensing, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board disputes. In particular, he procures, prosecutes, and enforces trademarks and copyrights for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth start-ups. Rob also handles internet related matters, such as domain name cybersquatting and keyword advertising. Additionally, he has experience representing clients in intellectual property litigation, including matters involving trade secret misappropriation and copyright infringement.
