Daniel Lisk is counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes and Boone’s New York office. Daniel represents private equity and real estate funds, developer/operators and financial institutions in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including debt and equity financings, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, workouts and restructurings across all asset classes. Over the last few years his practice has focused on equity investments and debt financings of hotel and office properties, the construction financing of condominium and mixed-use buildings and the origination, purchase and sale of subordinate debt. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Daniel was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
